The year 2025 is special for the development of “Agroholding ZHER 888“. The time has come for innovation and radical changes in farming approaches.
In September 2025, a pilot project to restore soil fertility, based on the application of live bioenergetic preparations, was launched in the fields of the agroholding (Akmola region, Korgalzhyn district, village of Kargaly).

The project is implemented as a joint initiative:
LLP “International Center for Ecological Agriculture SEGREGATA” represented by its director and founder Oleg Mikhailovich Venediktov and LLP “Agroholding ZHER 888”, represented by its head Abay Baltashevich Mediubayev.
This partnership combines practical agricultural experience and scientific biological technologies, forming an applied model for soil regeneration adapted to the conditions of Northern Kazakhstan.
Strategic Goal of the Project
• Launching life processes in the soil
• Restoration of degraded lands
• Reduction of pesticide and chemical load
• Cost optimization
• Transition to sustainable and consistently high yields
Significance of the Project for Kazakhstan
The joint project forms:
• A practical model for the biologization of agriculture
• A scientifically proven path to soil restoration in arid regions
• A contribution to the preservation of Kazakhstan’s land fund
• The foundation for the country’s food and environmental security.
Prerequisites and Scientific Approach
Before the project began (field work), project specialists conducted a comprehensive soil condition diagnosis, including:
• Agrochemical analysis
• Phytopathological examination
• Microbiological assessment of biological activity
• Residual pesticide content
The goal of this stage was to identify factors limiting the realization of yield potential and to develop a scientifically based strategy for the biological restoration of the agroecosystem.
Applied Preparations and Their Functional Tasks

Ultimaton Biohealth – a bioenergetic product for activating soil life.
Application rate: 1 l/ha
Application time: after harvesting spring wheat, on stubble
Area: 2 pilot fields
Key Tasks of the Preparation
⎷ Biological decomposition of stubble and post-harvest residues
⎷ Breakdown of pesticide residues and detoxification of the soil environment
⎷ Saturation of soil with beneficial live microorganisms
⎷ Restoration of microbiological balance and humus formation
⎷ Mobilization of available forms of macro- and microelements
The preparation acts as an initiator of regenerative processes, restoring the soil’s ability to self-heal.

Ultimaton Mykotor – a mycorriza-activating preparation for seed treatment
On one of the fields, direct sowing of winter wheat (podzimok) was carried out using seeds treated with Ultimaton Mykotor.
Biological Effect
⎷ Formation of a stable symbiosis of the root system with mycorrhizae
⎷ Expansion of the plant’s feeding zone
⎷ Increased absorption of moisture and phosphorus
⎷ Increased resistance to abiotic stresses
Under conditions of extreme drought, autumn shoots did not form, and the crop went into winter in the podzimok stage. The field will begin its active biological phase in the spring, which will allow for an objective assessment of the potential of the soil microbiota.

Agrotechnical Solutions on Other Areas
On the remaining plots, after applying Ultimaton Biohealth, the preparation was incorporated using a subsoiler, preparing the soil for spring wheat sowing.
This approach ensures uniform biological activation of the soil profile and moisture conservation.
Scientific Observations and Results Assessment
During the 2026 growing season, within the framework of the joint SEGREGATA × ZHER 888 project, the following will be carried out:

⎷ Field observations of crop development
⎷ Analysis of root systems and phytosanitary status
⎷ Monitoring of microbiological activity
⎷ Yield recording and comparative assessment
The results will be published on this page as an open scientific and practical case study.
This project is an example of a new agricultural paradigm, where soil is viewed as a living system, and yield is the result of a properly structured field ecology.
